Course Outline of New CCNA Exam 200-301/CCNA R&S:
- Understand the role and function of network components (Servers, Firewalls,L2 & L3 Switches and Routers).
- Understand the network topology architecture (WAN, Spin-leaf, SOHO, 2 tier, 3 tier And Cloud).
- Understand types of media and Connectivity physical Interface cable wires and its issues.
- Configuring and verifying IPv4 addressing and subnetting, IPv6 addressingand prefix.
- Verifying IP parameters for Client OS (Linux, Windows and Mac Understanding OS) and explaining some switching concepts and virtualization fundamentals.
- Configuring Layer 2 & L3 discovery protocols and EtherChannel (LACP) and describing AP WLC management access connections (TACACS+/RADIUS, Console, HTTPs, Telnet and SSH).
- Introduction to component s of WLAN (WLC, AP, LAG, Access and Trunk ports) Implements Advanced WLAN Settings, Security settings QoS.
- Understanding configuration and troubleshooting routing protocols for IPV4 and IPV6. How to find IPv6 Prefix, IPv6 Address Types, OSPFv2 (single area) routing protocols , OSPF Packets and Neighbor Discovery, OSPF DR/BDR Election, OSPF Passive Interface.
- Understanding configuration and troubleshootinglayer 3 protocols NAT, PAT, PPP,HDLC and Frame Relay.
- Introduction to MPLS and forwarding per-hope behavior (PHB) for QoS such as classification , IP Precedence and DSCP Values, Marking , Queuing and policing.
